Notice is hereby given that on the 7TH day of SEPTEMBER 2018, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of DEVETTA MURPHY, who died AUGUST 11, 2018, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claim will be forever barred.

A complaint for abandoned mineral interest has been filed by in accordance with T.C.A. 66-5-108, on property located at 1977 Shipp Road, Nunnelly, TN 37137, Assessor's Map 059 Parcels 007.00 and 007.02, of record in Book 36, Page 2556 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee. The mineral estate is of record in Deed Book C-2, Page 425, Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee.

You have 60 days from the date of Final Publication to file an answer alleging a claim in the mineral interest. If no answer is filed, an order declaring the mineral interest in this property abandoned and lapsed will be entered vesting title to the mineral interest in the owner of the surface interest Dirt Road Farms, LLC.
