NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 19, 2006, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 1, 2006, in Book No. 18, at Page 3623, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Hickman County, Tennessee, executed by Mary Gale Furlong, Trustee, conveying certain property therein described to Ernest B. Notice of Public Meeting and Intent to Apply

East Hickman Volunteer Fire Department intends to seek financial assistance from USDA Rural Development's Community Facilities Loan program to construct a 4,000 square foot fire hall. East Hickman Volunteer Fire Department is conducting a public meeting to discuss this project and receive community input. The meeting will be held October 15th, 2018, 7 p.m. at East Hickman High School Auditorium. The public is invited to attend this meeting and make comments concerning this project to the fire department as to the economic, safety, and environmental impacts; service area; and other alternatives. All residents of East Hickman County are encouraged to attend. We will be serving BBQ plates beginning at 6 p.m. from Smoke n' Willies in the cafeteria while supplies last for $5.00 per plate.
