You have 60 days from the date of Final Publication to file an answer alleging a claim in the mineral interest. If no answer is filed, an order declaring the mineral interest in this property abandoned and lapsed will be entered vesting title to the mineral interest in the owner of the surface interest Dirt Road Farms, LLC.

Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of SEPTEMBER 2018, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of EARL TICE, who died DECEMBER 20, 2017, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claim will be forever barred.
