WHEREAS, Joe W. Anderson, as Managing Partner for Sycamore Equity, G.P, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) recorded on July 14, 2008, of record, at Book 23, Pages 5415-5423, Register’s Office for Hickman County, Tennessee, conveyed to Jefferson Federal Bank and David M.
