ANTHONY R. STEELE, Trustee of a Deed of Trust executed on April 2, 2007, by BRUCE C. NEWCOMB and MISTY D. WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated August 29, 2006, of record in Book 19 at page 1425 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Valeria Lynn Tidwell (the "Grantor") conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B.
