NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, George E. Winters, An Unmarried Man by Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust"), dated January 18, 2006 and of record in Deed Book 17, Page 7402, Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee, conveyed to Countrywide Home Loans, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the "Note") described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.(MERS), as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc, modified by that Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Book 33, Page 4260, Hickman County, Tennessee records as last transferred to THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A The Bank of New York as Trustee For the Certificate Holders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5 by assignment recorded in Book 30 Page 5799 in Hickman County, Tennessee, and

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the Note; and
