NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ESTATE OF CHARLES C. HUDGINS
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of APRIL 2019, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of CHARLES C. HUDGINS, who died APRIL 7, 2019, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claim will be forever barred.
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication; or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notices less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of first publication as described in (1)(A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent's day of death.

It appearing to the Court from the sworn allegations in the Affidavit of Diligent Search filed by Petitioners' attorney, Taylor R. Luther, that the whereabouts of the Respondent, John Gilliam, are unknown and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence. It is, therefore, ORDERED, that Respondent, John Gilliam, be served by publication of the following notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Hickman County Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in Hickman County, Tennessee.

A petition has been filed seeking to terminate your parental rights to your child. You are hereby ORDERED to appear for trial on that petition on July 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Hickman County Chancery Court in Centerville, Tennessee or to otherwise enter an appearance in this matter. If you fail to do so, an order may be entered against you for the relief requested in the petition. You may view and obtain a copy of the petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents in the Chancery Court Clerk and Master's office in Centerville, Tennessee."
It is further ORDERED that if Respondent, John Gilliam, does not enter an appearance or otherwise answer the petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon Respondent by filing the same with the Clerk and Master of the Chancery Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.

Kinder Morgan Inc. Is proposing to modify an existing telecommunications (FCC Form 854 File No. A1134713) tower located 4.8 Miles NNE off Hwy 100, Centerville, TN at Latitude 35-50-45.9N: Longitude 87-27-03.3W
This is a 207 foot guyed tower that will be lit with Red Lights & Paint, at the direction of the FAA.
Interested parties may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and enter the Form 854 File number and may comment on the proposed registration of the structure by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.

- A resolution adopting TCA 5-1-115 concerning dilapidated buildings and debris including regulations governing health and safety standards of residential and nonresidential properties within all unincorporated areas of Hickman County.
