WHEREAS, on April 25, 2006, by deed of trust recorded in the Register’s Office of Hickman County, Tennessee, in Book 18, page 3599, Bill Ray, conveyed to William E. Bates, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a note; and
