It appearing to the Court from the sworn allegations in the Affidavit of Diligent Search filed by Petitioners' attorney, Taylor R. Luther, that the whereabouts of the Respondent, John Gilliam, are unknown and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence. It is, therefore, ORDERED, that Respondent, John Gilliam, be served by publication of the following notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Hickman County Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in Hickman County, Tennessee.

A petition has been filed seeking to terminate your parental rights to your child. You are hereby ORDERED to appear for trial on that petition on July 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Hickman County Chancery Court in Centerville, Tennessee or to otherwise enter an appearance in this matter. If you fail to do so, an order may be entered against you for the relief requested in the petition. You may view and obtain a copy of the petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents in the Chancery Court Clerk and Master's office in Centerville, Tennessee."

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated August 28, 2008, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded September 10, 2008, in Book No. 23, at Page 7869, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Hickman County, Tennessee, executed by Dawn Sue Alvarez, conveying certain property therein described to Robert M. East, 13.72 feet to a half inch iron rod with an identification cap set; thence South 51 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds East, 26.94 feet to a half inch iron rod with an identification cap (RLS Number 18657) found at the Northwest corner of James and Brenda Crabtree (Deed Book 130, Page 438); thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 16 seconds West, 416.10 feet with the Westerly line of said parcel, passing a half inch iron rod with an identification cap set on the Easterly right-of-way of the aforementioned access easement at 84.03 feet, to a half inch iron rod with an identification cap (RLS Number 1867) found at the Northeast corner of G & K Farms (Record Book 7, Page 1767); thence South 81 degrees 40 minutes 24 seconds West, 594.27 feet with the Northerly line of said parcel, passing a half inch iron rod with an identification cap (RLS Number 1867) found at a Northeast corner of Howard Gower and Randy Self (Deed Book 130, Page 88) found at 310.55 feet and continuing with a Northerly line of said parcel, passing a half inch iron rod with an identification cap set on the Southerly right-of-way of said access easement at 525.48 feet, to the point of beginning. The above described tract is subject to a 0.48 of an acre portion of a 50-foot wide access easement (Record Book 6, Page 153), has the use of three separate access easements (Deed Book 130, Page 855 and Record Book 6, Page 153), and contains 1.90 acres within these bounds as determined by a Category 2 Survey done by Acheson Land Surveying, Inc. (Devon R. Acheson - RLS Number 1867) using magnetic bearings taken on January 11, 2000.
