The right is reserved to cancel the sale of the Property at the request of the secured creditor, and to re-advertise the Property for sale at a later date, without diminishing, impairing, or otherwise affecting the priority of the Deed of Trust as a lien on the Property.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

FOR THE STATE OF TENNESSEE’S PROPOSED APPLICATION TO THE U.S DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN REGARD TO THE NATIONAL DISASTER RESILIENCY COMPETITION

The State of Tennessee is developing an application, being led by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD), to address the impacts and unmet recovery needs of the severe storms and flooding which took place in the spring of 2011. The application will primarily address riverine flooding and its effects in four categories: 1) Housing, 2) Infrastructure, 3) Economic Revitalization, and 4) Environmental Degradation. TNECD has narrowed its focus to the target counties of Dyer, Hickman, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, Perry, Tipton, and Wayne. At this point, the focus of the application will be on the impacts of the severe storms and the unmet recovery needs. Specific projects are not needed and will be considered at a later date.

A public hearing to discuss the development of the application and the effects of these storms for Hickman County will be held:

March 13, 2015 at 3:30 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of February, 2015, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of THOMAS CALVIN MAYBERRY, JR., who died December 23, 2014, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.
