NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

Whereas by Deed of Trust dated February 1, 2018, of record in Computer Book 37, page 5466, R.O.H.C., Tenn., JAMES MICHAEL DURHAM AND WIFE, TAMMY GAIL DURHAM, conveyed to Douglas Thompson Bates, III, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure payment to KELLY COCHRAN of Centerville, Tennessee, in the principle amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-THREE AND NO/100 ($16,893.00) DOLLARS; and

Whereas default has occurred in the payments of the aforesaid deed of trust and other provisions of the aforesaid deed of trust have been violated and KELLY COCHRAN, of Centerville, Tennessee, the owner and holder of the indebtedness evidenced by the deed of trust has declared the entire amount due and payable and has directed the trustee to foreclose the deed of trust in accordance with the terms thereof.
