KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated the 10th day of December 2008, of record in Book 24, Page 1695, Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee, Colin J. Caven, a/k/a Colin James Caven and wife, Christy S. Caven, did convey in trust to Marc R. NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated February 23, 2007, of record in Book 20 at page 2354 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), William Phillip Brunell (also known as William Brunell) and wife, Gloria S. Brunell (also known as Gloria Brunell) (collectively, the “Grantor”), conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B. Regen, Trustee (the “Trustee”), to secure the payment of the indebtedness evidenced by a promissory note of even date therewith executed by the Grantor and made payable to First Federal Bank, together with all renewals, extensions, and modifications thereof (collectively, the "Note"); and

The street address of the Property is believed to be 1957 Brushy Road, Centerville, Tennessee, but such address is not part of the legal description by which the Property will be sold, and in the event of a discrepancy between the legal description and the street address, the legal description will control.

The Property is believed to be identified as Map 165, a portion of Parcel 01610 on the Hickman County tax map.

The Property is believed to be improved.

The Trustee is unaware of any party whose rights will be adversely affected by the sale of the Property pursuant to this notice except Peggy Cook, Tom Cook, Jerry O’Neal, Dwight O’Neal, Erica Brown, Kayla O’Neal, Nancy Rhodes, and any unknown heirs or devisees of Leslie W. O’Neal.
