NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated January 7, 2014, executed by JERAD KRIVAK AKA JARED KRIVAK, conveying certain real property therein described to FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee recorded January 14, 2014, in Deed Book 31, Page 6618-6623 at Instrument Number 14000127; and

WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Tennessee Housing Development Agency who is now the owner of said debt; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

Whereas, on December 22, 2017, RHONDA LASYONE, did by Deed of Trust recorded in Book 37, Page 4035, Register's Office, Hickman County, Tennessee, convey to HARVILL & ASSOCIATES, P.C., Trustee, the real estate hereinafter described to secure a note to Ronald S. Nunn and wife, Joye E. Nunn, as described therein; and

Whereas, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness, the owner and holder of said indebtedness has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, in accordance with the terms thereof. NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated July 2, 2008, of record in Book 23 at page 5190 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Christina A. Sawyer (the "Grantor") conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B. Regen, Trustee (the "Trustee"), to secure the payment of the indebtedness evidenced by a promissory note of even date therewith executed by the Grantor and made payable to First Federal Bank, together with all renewals, extensions, and modifications thereof (collectively, the "Note"); and

The Property is believed to be improved.
