WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated February 23, 2007, of record in
Book 20 at page 2354 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the
"Deed of Trust"), William Phillip Brunell (also known as William

Grounding:



All shelters must be grounded according to the R56 standard for
communication cabinets. A grounding buss bar shall be provided for interior
grounding and ground rods shall be provided for exterior grounding.



Tower Maintenance:



Work to bring the Nine Mile Ridge Tower and East Water Tank
back to operational standards needs to be included in the proposal. The
following must be performed:



Identify clearly any in-use antennas and microwave dishes



Sweep and test every coax / heliax



Remove any old unused antenna / line on the tower



Inspect and repair any defects / guy wire tension



Report any major defects with pictures and cost to repair.

PUBLIC NOTICE



The City of Centerville is accepting sealed proposals for an
automated water and gas meter system. The system should include 3,200 each 100G
2-way data logging gas meter endpoint, 3,200 each 100W high-power solid state
2-way radio endpoint water meter, leak sensor for distribution side leak
detection, operation software for up to 7,500 customers, technical services for
installation, start-up, testing and training and installation of system.



Proposals must be clearly marked “City of Centerville Automated
Meter Reading System” and delivered to Mayor Gary Jacobs, 102 East Swan St.
Centerville TN 37033. Proposals will be opened at 10 a.m. March 31, 2017, at
City Hall, 102 East Swan St. Centerville TN 37033. The City of Centerville
reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals in whole or in
part if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
