NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated April 11, 2016, of record in Book 34 at page 7412 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Edna Joyce Garrette Windsor and husband, Blane Keith Windsor (collectively, the “Grantor”), conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B. The Hickman County 2018-2019 Budget Committee will be accepting proposed funding request from non-profit organizations. The requests should be mailed or hand delivered to the Hickman County Finance Office, 114 N. Central Ave., Suite 203, Centerville, Tennessee 37033. The cut-off date for accepting requests will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6th, 2018.  Each request should include 8 packets which consist of, a current financial statement, a statement of purpose or mission statement including the money amount requested also a contact person and phone number, a copy of the organization’s charter, and proof of 501c status.  A representative of the organization should appear before the committee on Thursday, May 10th, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hickman County Justice Center.  There will be a ten minute limit to present the Non-Profit to the committee.

A public hearing will be held before the County Commissioners for Hickman County, Tennessee, on March 26th, 2018, at 6:30 P.M. at the Hickman County Justice Center, Centerville, Tennessee.

This hearing is to invite public comment on the following:
