WHEREAS, Joe W. Anderson, as Managing Partner for Sycamore Equity, G.P., and Joe W. Anderson, individually, by Deed of Trust, (the “Deed of Trust”) recorded on August 1, 2011, of record, at Book 27, Pages 5544-5552, Register’s Office for Hickman County, Tennessee, conveyed to Jefferson Federal Bank and David R. Tillerson, Trustee, and thereafter to Adam G.
