CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES



CENTERVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT



The Town of Centerville intends to select a licensed consulting
engineering firm in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E.



Professional services to be performed in general consist of but
are not limited to: General Supervision including Design, Environmental Review
and Analysis, Planning and Programming, Construction Administration, Land
Surveying, Construction Layout, Architectural Design, Noise Studies,
Preparation of DBE Plans, Resident Representation, and Quality Assurance
Testing of the project components.



Proposals from interested consulting engineering firms will be
received at the Centerville City Hall, 102 East Swan Street, Centerville, TN
37033, until 11 a.m., local time, Thursday, June 22, 2017.



The following factors will be used to evaluate the proposals:



1. Qualification and competence of the firm. 25%



2. Firm’s experience in the type of service being sought. 25%



3. Capability of the firm to perform the service desired within
an acceptable time frame. 15%



4. Availability of a qualified resident representative or
engineer. 15%



5. Familiarity of Airport Facility. 10%

Statement of Qualifications based on a weighted rating scale, from which
negotiations leading to a formal contract to be approve by Centerville’s Board
