Notice is hereby given that on the 5TH day of JUNE 2018, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of TONYA MICHELLE HORNER, who died JULY 14, 2017, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claim will be forever barred.

Whereas, on June 25, 2010, JACKIE BLACK and husband, STEVEN BLACK, did by Deed of Trust recorded in Book 26, Page 6538, Register’s Office, Hickman County, Tennessee, convey to HARVILL & ASSOCIATES, P.C., Trustee, the real estate hereinafter described to secure a note to Kevin J. Lang, Sr. and wife, Denice Lang, as described therein; and
