NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated February 14, 2005, executed by CHARLES M. DEAL, RITA F. DEAL, conveying certain real property therein described to LEISA B. NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated February 13, 2008, of record in Book 22 at page 4988 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Dwight Kimbro and wife, Karan D. Kimbro (collectively, the “Grantor”), conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B.
