WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated February 14, 2005, executed by CHARLES M. DEAL, RITA F. DEAL, conveying certain real property therein described to LEISA B. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated March 19, 2001, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 3, 2001, in Book No. 5, at Page 6036, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Hickman County, Tennessee, executed by Teresa T. Wright and Bobby W. Wright, conveying certain property therein described to Daniel W. Small as Trustee for Guaranty Trust Company; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Delaware trustee and U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee for Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1.

BEGINNING at an iron pin on the west margin on Industrial Park Drive, being South 2 degrees 27 minutes 21 seconds West 1280.00 feet from an iron pin on the south margin of Pinewood Road and the west margin of industrial Park Drive; thence running with the west margin of Industrial Park Drive South 2 degrees, 27 minutes 21 seconds West 323.92 feet to an iron pin; thence running with a curve to the right with a delta angle of 17 degrees 12 minutes 05 seconds a radius of 224.53 feet an arc length of 67.41 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 11 degrees 03 minutes 24 seconds West 67.16 feet; thence leaving Industrial Park Drive running with the center of a fifty foot road and utility easement south 86 degrees 41 minutes 49 seconds West 560.00 feel; thence leaving the center of said easement North 2 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds East 25.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 2 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds East 367.48 feat to an iron pin; thence North 86 degrees 59 minutes 34 seconds East 567.57 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.074 acres of land more or less.
