NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE



WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated January 16, 2007, of record in
Book 20 at page 125 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the
"Deed of Trust"), John W. Demumbran and wife, Gidgett Demumbran (also
known as Gidget Demumbran) (collectively, the “Grantor”), conveyed the
hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B.
Regen, Trustee (the “Trustee”), to secure the payment of the indebtedness
evidenced by a promissory note of even date therewith executed by the Grantor and

Tract No. 2: Beginning on the northwest corner of concrete
bridge crossing Milan Branch; thence North 31 degrees 40 minutes East 124 feet
to a 14 inch hickory; thence with Rochelle and Buford Campbell south boundary,
North 40 degrees 20 minutes West 123 feet to an 18 inch beech; thence with
Campbell’s east boundary, South 48 degrees West 230 feet to a dogwood stump;

Also included in this conveyance are two mobile homes located

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated March 3, 2004, of record in
Book 13 at page 1585 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the
"Deed of Trust"), Eddie E. Scott and wife, Clara Scott (collectively,

been submitted for an Aquatic Resource Alteration Permit under The Tennessee
Water Quality Control Act of 1977, T.C.A. §69-3-108. In addition, federal

Valley Authority under §404 of the Clean Water Act and §26a of the Tennessee
Valley Authority Act, respectively. Section 401 of the Clean Water Act requires

Location 1 - The applicant proposes to maintain 6,500 feet of
livestock exclusion fencing along the right descending bank of Cane Creek. At
the southern extent of the proposed project reach the applicant proposes to
stabilize 600 linear feet of streambank. The applicant proposes to place Class
Brock riprap equal to a height of three feet with a 35-foot wide native
riparian buffer to be established and maintained above the riprap revetment.
The average bank height within the proposed project reach is 10 feet.



PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes to stabilize a
total of 600 feet of streambank through the use of rock riprap and a 35-foot
wide riparian buffer along Cane Creek in Hickman County, Tennessee.
Additionally, the applicant proposes to maintain 6,500 feet of livestock
exclusion fencing along Cane Creek.




In accordance with the Tennessee Antidegradation Statement
(Rule 0400-40-03-.06), the division has determined that the proposed activity
will result in no more than de minimis degradation to water quality.
