Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of DECEMBER 2018, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of RICHARD MERRILL WILSON, who died OCTOBER 29, 2018, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claim will be forever barred.

(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication; or

STATE OF TENNESSEE, HICKMAN COUNTY

WHEREAS, Sheila D. Riches executed a Deed of Trust to United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, Lender and David Seivers, Trustee(s), which was dated March 27, 1996 and recorded on March 27, 1996 in Book 138, Page 781, Hickman County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

East 107.83 feet to an iron pin; thence with Tract #204 South 04 deg. 03 min. 23 sec. West 375.32 feet to an iron pin; thence with Tract #13 North 84 deg. 51 min. 14 sec. West 100.0 feet to an iron pin; thence with Tract #202 North 03 deg. 48 min. 43 sec. East 336.80 feet to the beginning, containing 0.82 acres, more or less by survey of James R. Jenkins, Route 2, Box 34, Lyles, TN 37098, T.R.L.S. #606-215, dated October 26, 1990.

RESTRICTIONS: The above conveyance is subject to the following restrictions:

  1. The above described property shall be used for residential or mini-farm purposes only.
  2. Buildings on this property shall be set back at least 50 feet from Deer Park Court and Oak Springs Road, and 20 feet from all other boundary lines.
  3. All buildings constructed on the above described property shall have a permanent foundation.
  4. No junk cars or inoperable vehicles shall be stored on the above described property.
  5. No swine nor goats shall be kept within 500 feet of a county road.
  6. Should any of the above restrictions be declared invalid, this would in no way invalidate the remaining restrictions.
