WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated December 28, 2007, of record in Book 22 at page 2807 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Calvin Johnson and wife, Sarah Joyce Johnson (collectively, the “Grantor”), conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B.
