Default having been made in the terms, conditions and payment as provided in a certain Deed of Trust executed by PRAKASH G. PATEL and wife, VARSHA PATEL, and SUBHASH T. PATEL and wife, RITA S. PATEL to LAWRENCE E. WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated March 18, 2009, of record in Book 24 at page 7013 in the Register’s Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the “Deed of Trust”), Virginia Frazier (also known as Virginia M.
