There will be a Planning Commission meeting on January 15, 2019 at City Hall at 5:30pm. On the agenda is the following.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated June 3, 2016, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded June 7, 2016, in Book No. 34, at Page 9612, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Hickman County, Tennessee, executed by Cheryl Smith, conveying certain property therein described to Dickson Title, LLC as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Peoples Home Equity Inc., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by MidFirst Bank.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by MidFirst Bank, will, on February 27, 2019 on or about 10:00 AM, at the Hickman County Courthouse, Centerville, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Hickman County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

Lying and being in the Fifth Civil District of Hickman County, State of Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING corner in center of Wrigley Road, runs thence East with T.C.P. 150 feet to an iron pin in Warren's line, runs thence South 200 feet to an iron pin in Warren's line, runs thence West 150 feet with Warren's line to an iron pin in Lane's line, runs thence North 200 feet to the beginning containing one lot. This conveyance in trust is subject to the right-of-way of Wrigley Road and Gordon Lane.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded at the Successor Trustee's option at any time. Life Care Center of Centerville, TN, located at 112 Old Dickson Road, Centerville, TN 37033, is a 132 bed skilled and intermediate care nursing facility. This facility has agreed to comply with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and all requirements thereto. A public hearing will be held before the County Commissioners for Hickman County, Tennessee, on January 28th, 2019, at 6:30 P.M. at the Hickman County Justice Center, Centerville, Tennessee.

This hearing is to invite public comment on the following:

  1. Resolution 19-00: A request, by Mike Keith, to rezone property (3.1 acres) located at 2715 Hwy 230 W., in Nunnelly, TN, from A-1 (Agricultural-Forestry District) to C-1 (General Commercial District). (Map 070, Parcel 037.01).
  2. , in Nunnelly, TN, from A-1 (Agricultural-Forestry District) to R-1 (Suburban Resolution 19-00: A request, by David Jenkins, to rezone property (5.01 acres) located at 6441 Woodland Residential District). (Map 037, Parcel 009.08).
