Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of OCTOBER 2017, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of JOHNNY HOWARD HUMPHREY, who died October 12, 2017, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claim will be forever barred.

NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated April 11, 2016, of record in Book 34 at page 7412 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Edna Joyce Garrette Windsor and husband, Blane Keith Windsor (collectively, the “Grantor”), conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B. Regen, Trustee (the “Trustee”), to secure the payment of the indebtedness evidenced by a promissory note of even date therewith executed by the Grantor and made payable to First Federal Bank, together with all renewals, extensions, and modifications thereof (collectively, the "Note"); and

The Trustee is unaware of any other party whose rights will be adversely affected by the sale of the Property pursuant to this notice.

Hickman County 911 is seeking proposals to bury a 3” schedule 80 PVC pipe 50 feet including two 3” 90’ elbows with a 24” radius. The pipe must be buried at minimum 24” deep to top of pipe with bed of 6” gravel underneath the elbows. Elbows must have six ¼ inch holes in bottom for drainage.
