NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated March 18, 2009, of record in Book 24 at page 7013 in the Register’s Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the “Deed of Trust”), Virginia Frazier (also known as Virginia M. Frazier) (the “Grantor”) conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the “Property”) to Barney B.
