WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated December 28, 2007, of record in Book 22 at page 2807 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Calvin Johnson and wife, Sarah Joyce Johnson (collectively, the “Grantor”), conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B. The Town of Centerville is accepting proposals for:

25 -- Self Contained Breathing Apparatus complete with harness assembly, 4500psi/45 minute carbon fiber cylinder with quick change, buddy breathing/remote airline capabilities, chest strap, and integrated PASS device.

25 -- Additional carbon fiber cylinders with quick change

25 -- Face pieces with voice amplification/ emitters units with brackets (if needed) for all face pieces. Sizes to be determined as needed for fit testing.
