Pursuant to the prayer for relief set forth in the Petition and the Motion to filed by Hidden Valley Lakes Trustees, Inc., the Court finds that it is necessary and appropriate that service by publication be made pursuant to T.C.A. §21-1-203 and T.C.A. § 21-1-204 as requested. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that publication of this ORDER shall be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Hickman County Times, which is a newspaper published at least weekly in Hickman County, Tennessee, and that the Defendants listed in Exhibit A be given notice therein that they are hereby REQUIRED to answer or otherwise respond to the Petition filed in this case within thirty (30) days from the date of the fourth (4th) weekly publication of this Order; and that should the defendants fail to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint pursuant to this Order, then they shall be deemed to have received actual notice hereof and default may be taken against them.
