NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated August 28, 2012, executed by BERNADETTE SLAUGHTER, ROBERT SLAUGHTER, conveying certain real property therein described to Fidelity National Title, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee recorded September 24, 2012, in Deed Book 29, Page 7451 (as modified by "Loan Modification Agreement" at Book 33, Page 663); and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION who is now the owner of said debt; and

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

Hickman County, Tennessee will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m., Thursday, January 5, 2017, in the Hickman County Emergency Operation Center located at 550 Highway 100, Centerville, Tennessee to discuss the Community Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the guidelines of the program and to solicit input from area residents regarding potential uses of CDBG funds. CDBG funds can be used for water line extensions, water system improvements, sewer line extensions, sewer system improvements, housing rehabilitation, and other community development projects such as fire protection, emergency management facilities, drainage, rural health departments, etc.

All residents or entities with projects are encouraged to attend this meeting or mail suggestions to County Mayor Shawn Lawson, Hickman County Administration Building, 114 North Central Avenue, Ste. 204, Centerville, TN 37033.
