This cause came on to be heard the 30th day of July, 2015
before the Honorable Deanna Johnson, Chancellor, upon the Motion filed by the
Petitioner for notice to Tanya Gail Blackburn by publication based on the
Affidavit of the Petitioner confirming that he has personally contacted the
friends and relatives of Tanya Gail Blackburn to determine her whereabouts and
that none claim to know of other addresses or are willing to share other
information, and that Petitioner knows of no other person to contact to
determine her whereabouts, and is based on the statements of counsel and the
entire record herein. From all of which, the Court finds that the Petitioner's
Motion for notice by publication is well-taken and should be granted. The
Petitioner would add that by this publication and hearing on the divorce he
understands that contesting him being the father of Ms. Blackburn's child is a
matter that will have to be reserved for a future determination.



IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that publication of this Order shall
be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Hickman county Times, which is a
newspaper published at least weekly in Hickman county, Tennessee, and that
Tanya Gail Blackburn be given notice therein that she is required to file an
objection, if any she has, to the Petition of Burton Blackburn, excluding the
issue of parentage and child support, within thirty (30) days from the date of
the fourth weekly publication of this order; and that should Tanya Gail
Blackburn fail to object or otherwise respond to the Petition pursuant to this
Order, then she shall be deemed to have received actual notice hereof and to
have no objection to the Petition.
