ORDER FOR NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

This cause came on to be heard the 30th day of July, 2015 before the Honorable Deanna Johnson, Chancellor, upon the Motion filed by the Petitioner for notice to Tanya Gail Blackburn by publication based on the Affidavit of the Petitioner confirming that he has personally contacted the friends and relatives of Tanya Gail Blackburn to determine her whereabouts and that none claim to know of other addresses or are willing to share other information, and that Petitioner knows of no other person to contact to determine her whereabouts, and is based on the statements of counsel and the entire record herein. From all of which, the Court finds that the Petitioner's Motion for notice by publication is well-taken and should be granted.
