WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated November 13, 2001, of record in Book 7 at page 3271 in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee (the "Deed of Trust"), Bobby Darrell Shepard (the “Grantor”) conveyed the hereinafter-described real estate (the "Property") to Barney B. Being the same property conveyed to Bobby Darrell Shepard and wife, Jennifer R. Shepard, by deed of Bobby E. Shepard and wife, Vickey E, Shepard, dated November 18, 1997, and recorded November 25, 1997 at 10:10 A.M. in Deed Book 120, page 625 and being further conveyed to Bobby Darrell Shepard by quitclaim deed of Jennifer Shepard, dated May 10, 2000, and recorded May 11, 2000, at 10:34 A.M. in Book 1, page 666, both recorded in the Register’s Office, Hickman County, Tennessee.
