NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

STATE OF TENNESSEE, HICKMAN COUNTY

WHEREAS, Dana C. Gilbert and Rodney L. Gilbert, wife and husband executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Lender and Larry A. Weissman, Trustee(s), which was dated July 20, 2007 and recorded on July 26, 2007 in Book 21, Page 4270, Hickman County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on September 5, 2018, at 10:00AM at the usual and customary location at the Hickman County Courthouse, Centerville, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hickman County, Tennessee, to wit:

Lying and being situated in the First Civil District of Hickman County, Tennessee and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning on a stake on south side of black top road, said stake stands North 79 degrees East 62 poles from Elkins' crossing on railroad and runs thence South 75 degrees West 29 poles 1-1/2 feet to a stake; thence South 5 degrees West 24 poles and 6 feet to a stake; thence South 85 degrees East 27 poles and 10 feet to a road; thence North 5 degrees East 34 poles and 10 feet with the road to the beginning, description taken from survey of J.B. Wilburn, dated January 28, 1970.

Being the same property conveyed to Dana C. Gilbert and husband, Rodney L. Gilbert by deed from Jean A. Gregory dated July 20, 2007 and of record in Book 21, Page 4268, in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee.

This conveyance in trust is subject to the right of way of Skyview Drive and Elkins Drive.

This conveyance in trust is subject to the right of way agreement in favor of the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and of record in Deed Book 23, Page 114, in the Register's Office of Hickman County, Tennessee.

The sale of the property described above shall be subject to all matters shown on any recorded plat; any and all liens against said property for unpaid property taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements or set-back lines that may be applicable; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; a deed of trust; and any matter than an accurate survey of the premises might disclose; and

All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, homestead, and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
