NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated November 19, 2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 23, 2010, in Book No. 27, at Page 2177,   in Office of the Register of Deeds for Hickman County, Tennessee, executed by Ricky L. England and Mary R. England, conveying certain property therein described to Frank B. Denton as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primelending, A PlainsCapital Company, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, will, on September 13, 2016 on or about 3:30 p.m., at the Hickman County Courthouse, Centerville, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. Being a parcel of land located in the Fourteenth (14th) Civil District of Hickman County, Tennessee, bounded on the North by Mobley Ridge Road, on the East by Kinzer, on the South and West by Patterson, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron rod at a fence post corner on the Southerly margin of Mobley Ridge Road, Patterson’s Northeast corner as recorded in Deed Book 29, Page 375, and Kinzer’s Northwest corner as recorded in Deed Book 41, Page 174; thence along Kinzer’s Westerly line with a wire fence, South 39 degrees 00 minutes West 227.00 feet to an iron rod in fence; thence along new division lines severing Patterson property of which this tract is a part of, North 61 degrees 13 minutes West 153.60 feet to an iron rod; North 23 degrees 00 minutes East 227.00 feet to an iron rod on the Southerly margin of Mobley Ridge Road, 50 feet East of a fence post; thence along said right of way with a curve to the right, having a radius of 440.74 feet, a length of 219.00 feet, a chord of South 60 degrees 34 minutes East 216.75 feet to the beginning, containing 1.00 acre, more or less, according to a survey by Boyd G. Gibbs, 106 South Public Square, Centerville, TN 37033, RLS No. 1598, dated November 22, 1993.
