In this cause, it appears to the Court from the allegations of the Petition filed by the Petitioner, JEFFERY WADE GARDNER AND WIFE, KRISTEN DANIELLE KING GARDNER, is seeking to terminate forever the parental rights of LISA RENEE SHELL to the above listed child. Petitioners have filed an affidavit of diligent search and that the ordinary process cannot be served upon the Respondent, Lisa Renee Shell.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Hickman County Times, a newspaper published in Hickman County, Tennessee notifying the Respondent, Lisa Renee Shell to file an answer with this court and a copy to Plaintiffs attorney, Kelli Barr Summer, whose address is P.O. Box 1084, Brentwood, Tennessee 37024 within 30 days from the last date of publication, exclusive of the last date of publication, or a judgment by default may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to said Respondent. Failure to answer or appear may result in termination of Respondent's parental rights to the child referenced above.

It is further ORDERED that if the Respondents, Lisa Renee Shell, does not enter an appearance or otherwise Answer the Petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon the Respondent by filing same with the Clerk and Master of Maury County, Tennessee. The Respondents may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Clerk and Master's Office, at 41 Public Square, Columbia, TN 38401.

Failure of the Respondents, Lisa Renee Shell, to appear will result in the loss of her right to contest the petition to terminate parental rights to the child listed above.

PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the County Commissioners for Hickman County, Tennessee, on April 22nd, 2019, at 6:30 P.M. at the Hickman County Justice Center, Centerville, Tennessee.

This hearing is to invite public comment on the following:

1. A resolution adopting TCA 5-1-115 concerning dilapidated buildings and debris including regulations governing health and safety standards of residential and nonresidential properties within all unincorporated areas of Hickman County.

This meeting is open to the public.
