Default having been made in the terms, conditions, provisions and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust dated March 8, 2000, executed by Grady Halbrooks, Jr. and wife, Lisa Halbrooks and Grady C. Halbrooks, to Kevin T. Clayton, Trustee, and recorded in Book 173, Page 300, and re-recorded in Book 173, Page 471, Register's Office for Hickman County, Tennessee, and by Assignment to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. of record in Book 30, Page 5542 to secure the indebtedness therein described, and the entire indebtedness having been called due and payable as provided in said deed of trust, and said payment not having been made, and the lawful owner and holder of said indebtedness having appointed the undersigned, David G. Mangum, as substitute trustee by written instrument dated April 9, 2013, recorded in Book 30, Page 6019, in the above mentioned Register's Office, notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned substitute trustee, or my designated agent, under the power and authority vested in me by said deed of trust, and having been requested to do so by the lawful owner and holder of said debt, will on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 3:45 p.m. at the front door of the Hickman County Courthouse located in Centerville, Tennessee, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, free from the equity of redemption, homestead and dower, and all other exemptions and rights of every kind, all of which are expressly waived in said deed of trust, the following described tract or parcel of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning on poplar stump at east side of J.R. Johnson’s wire fence, thence on south side of Salem to Aetna Road and West of Mathis Hollow Road; thence runs North 68 deg. West 181 feet with south side of road to a tile under road at iron stake; thence North 6 ½ deg. East crossing road 265 feet to wire fence a cherry tree; thence South 56 deg. East 74 feet to a sweet gum in corner of fence on original corner; thence South 43 deg. East 20 poles to a gum on East side of branch; thence South 44 deg. West 186 ½ feet to the beginning, as surveyed by Albert Dee Quillen, December 7, 1968.
Beginning on a stake South 56 deg. East from the Northeast corner of Grady Halbrooks’ 1.4 acre lot, 25 feet; thence North 67 deg. East 145 feet to a poplar on the bank of a creek; thence South 21 deg. East 223 feet to an ironwood on the bank of the creek; thence South 7 deg. East 84 feet to a sourwood in original line; thence North 43 deg. West 49 feet to the beginning by survey of Albert D. Quillen dated July 18, 1986.
Mobile Home: Attached to the above real property and made a part of this conveyance is a 1968 mobile home.
Reservation Grantor herein reserves a life estate in himself in the above-described real property for the remainder of his life.

The failure of any high bidder to pay the purchase price and close the sale shall, at the option of the Substitute Trustee, be cause for rejection of the bid, and, if the bid is rejected, the Substitute Trustee shall have the option of making the sale to the next highest bidder who is ready, willing, and able to comply with the terms thereof. Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March, 2016, Letters Testamentary (or Letters of Administration) in respect to the estate of LARRY JOE RUSSELL, SR., who died February 14, 2016, were issued to the undersigned by Probate Court of Hickman County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claim will be forever barred.

Agrana Fruit US was found to be in significant noncompliance for the parameters of BOD for the monitory period of October 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016. No environmental change has occurred.
