In this cause, it appears to the Court from the allegations of the Petition filed by the Petitioner, JEFFERY WADE GARDNER AND WIFE, KRISTEN DANIELLE KING GARDNER, is seeking to terminate forever the parental rights of LISA RENEE SHELL to the above listed child. Petitioners have filed an affidavit of diligent search and that the ordinary process cannot be served upon the Respondent, Lisa Renee Shell.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Hickman County Times, a newspaper published in Hickman County, Tennessee notifying the Respondent, Lisa Renee Shell to file an answer with this court and a copy to Plaintiffs attorney, Kelli Barr Summer, whose address is P.O.
